Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) will be agreed upon during the order process and specified in the invoice or sales contract.
  • Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, shipping carrier schedules, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the buyer in accordance with the agreed shipping terms (e.g., at the port of shipment for FOB terms).
  • The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country.

Returns & Defective Goods

  • If you receive defective or incorrect products, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment, along with photographic evidence of the issue.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement of defective parts in a subsequent order or a credit toward a future purchase.
  • Returns or claims will not be accepted for products that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.
  • Normal wear and tear is not covered.
